OCS Around the World

Today, Operation Clean Sweep is active in more than 60 countries across six continents, including a majority of countries that have joined the High Ambition Coalition to End Plastic Pollution. More than 3,300 companies participate in OCS globally.

Outside of the US, each country or region’s OCS program is operated by a partner association. Joining the OCS program in each jurisdiction requires becoming a member in each relevant international OCS program.

Each international OCS program can be found by clicking through the highlighted areas of the map below or by locating program in the Guide to International OCS Programs.

Guide to International OCS Programs

In every country where OCS is active, companies joining the program commit to the OCS Pledge and work towards zero resin loss.

Additional membership and eligibility requirements vary based on the region and are summarized in the Guide to International OCS Programs.

The OCS team is always working to expand the program to new locations.

If you are a company that handles plastic resin in a country where OCS is not yet active, please reach out to ocs@plasticsindustry.org to join the waitlist for those locations.

If you are a plastics or chemicals association in an area where OCS isn’t active today, please reach out to ocs@plasticsindustry.org for more information on how to start one.
